MTF Relocation: THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!

I would give this company negative -100 stars if I could!!! This was the worst experience ever! They are nothing but SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! Do your research people...these guys WILL and have taken advantage of many people and continue to do so! They will definately take you for all of your money if you are moving far.

Let see.. how does their SCAM work?

COMPLAINTS:

1. The price they quote you is ONLY to bait you into choosing them for services! Then, when they jack the price up at the last minute, and you say no to this, they will say you have to pay a $2000 cancellation fee!!!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!?!

2. When they show up to load you items, that is when they tell you it is going to twice as much then what they quoted you!!!! Also, they have to bubble wrap everything!!! (they don't tell you this until they get there) And this is going to cost you hundreds of dollars extra!!!!! Not to metion they show up with a Budget-Rent-A-truck??? Don't professional movers have their own trucks and trailers???!!!

3. When they get to the scales for the truck weight, they price will go up again!!! These guys will stick you for every single dime they can get out of you!!!!!

4. PUT YOUR LIFE ON HOLD PEOPLE!!!! BECAUSE: The day and time that they quote you for your delivery WILL CHANGE!If they are supposed to deliver on the 6th, they will not. Because why??? He said "I overslept" Give me a effin' break here guy!! I HAVE TO PUT MY LIFE ON HOLD BECAUSE YOU ARE AN IDIOT???!!! MY KIDS CAN"T START SCHOOL BECAUSE ALL THEIR STUFF IS ON THIS DAMN TRUCK!!!!!

5.So 2-days later, they show up 8 hours after they said they would be there, and they have all your stuff in a different truck!!!!!!That has to be illegal! If you hire them for these services and you pay $4000.00 + Dollars, how can they move your stuff from one truck to another??!!! YES, our stuff did show up broken & damaged!

6. You want to know why they moved our stuff to another truck? Because they were trying to save themselves some gas money! What they did was put our stuff with some other families stuff!!! ON THE SAME TRUCK! WITH NO SEPARATION!!!!! He came to finally deliver our stuff and we had to tell him that he was bringing in stuff that did not belong to us, but to someone else!!!!

7. When he showed up to deliver, he was by himself!!! He asked some carpenters that were working on the apartment building to come and help him move my items!!!!!! THIS IS SOOOO BAD!!!!!

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

WE HAVE TO TRY AND PUT PEOPLE LIKE THIS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!
